London W2 6BD, United Kingdom (hereinafter "SYNLAB") provides bondholders with certain information relating to bonds issued by Synlab Bondco PLC and Synlab Unsecured Bondco PLC on www.synlab-notes.com (hereinafter the "Website").
- These terms of use (hereinafter, the "Terms of Use"), together with the Data Privacy Statement, govern the use of the Website by its users. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Website. By registering with and using the Website, users confirm that they accept these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them. If a user does not agree to these Terms of Use, they must not use the Website. Where a user registers with the Website on behalf of another person who is a bondholder, the user warrants and represents that they are authorised to accept these Terms of Use on behalf of that person, which is bound by these Terms of Use in full.

SYNLAB reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time with immediate effect. Any changes made to these Terms of Use are binding on the user. - Availability
- The user is responsible for ensuring that they are able to access and use the Website from a technical perspective. SYNLAB is not under a duty to provide the user with any assistance relating to such matters.
- There is no obligation on SYNLAB to provide the Website. SYNLAB does not guarantee the technical availability or performance of the Website. In particular, maintenance, security and capacity requirements relating to the Website, in addition to events that are not within SYNLAB's sphere of control (such as disruptions to public communication networks and power failures), may result in malfunctions or interruptions on the Website.
- SYNLAB has the right to fully or partially change, suspend, withdraw or discontinue the Website at any time. SYNLAB will not be liable to the user if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
- Should the user cease to be (or to be authorised to represent) a bondholder, SYNLAB reserves the right to disable their user name and password.
- Protection of content; no responsibility for third-party content
- The majority of the content available on the Website is protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights and is owned by either SYNLAB, companies associated with SYNLAB, or other third parties who have submitted the respective content. All such rights are reserved. The user may only use this content in accordance with these Terms of Use.
- If the content available on the Website partially originates from third parties (hereinafter "Third Party Content"), SYNLAB does not check this third-party content with regard to its completeness, accuracy and legality, and therefore accepts no responsibility or liability for the completeness, accuracy, legality and up-to-dateness of third-party content. This also applies with regard to the quality of the third-party content and its suitability for any particular purpose and also to the extent that third-party content links to any external websites.
- Account names and password
Users must treat their user name and password as confidential. SYNLAB has the right to disable any user name or password at any time, if in its reasonable opinion the user has failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use. - Data protection
SYNLAB's quality standards include the responsible handling of users' personal data. In this regard, please note SYNLAB's Data Privacy Statement, which is available here. The Data Protection Statement above contains information relating to the use of cookies on the Website. - Viruses
- SYNLAB does not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. Users should use their own virus protection software.
- Users must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which the Website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Website. Users must not attack the Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, users would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. If any provision of these Terms of Use is or becomes invalid, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. - Regulatory information
